Welcome to HISLife!

Thank you for taking the time to share in this site, which will hopefully provide encouragement in your walk with Jesus. Hislife has been set up for those Christians who have become weary of the "man - made" church systems and programmes that hinder rather than help Father's purposes. It will also provide courage to break away from 'habitual christianity' bringing us to the place where every day we are learning to embrace what God does for us.
This new breed of Christian who is walking free of organized religion to live "outside of external regulations and ritual" - not out of hurt or rebellion, but, who have heard a call to move on in simple obedience with the Father and His Family.

This journey we call life is all about entering into the reality of eternal life - now. The moment we say yes to Jesus we begin a walk that will continue on into eternity and as Paul puts it - "It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery."

Our deep desire for God's people is that we might know Him - the One who has called us from darkness into glorious light and life. That He might give to each of us the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that we may know Him better. And, this is not for the privileged few, but, for all those who belong to Christ Jesus.

If our relationship with Jesus has become a formality with our focus on externals, right beliefs and practices and a settled state of being 'safe.' It is time to give up on that and throw ourselves upon His mercy. Living this life is more about what God wants to do in us than what we want to do for Him.

"So here's what I want you to do. God helping you. Take your everyday, ordinary life - your sleeping, eating, going -to- work life - and place it before God as an offering. Embracing what God does for you is the best thing you can do for Him. Don't become so well adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking. Instead, fix your attention on God"

With these things in mind please feel free to read and download articles and books for your own encouragement. You might enjoy answering some of our survey questions. Our hope is that you might come to know Him more fully and with a spirit of adventure embrace all that our heavenly Father has for you. We know that He loves us so deeply and cares for each of us. May you find your heart overflowing in such love for Jesus in the coming days that it spills over to touch a desperately needy world.
